In the event of severe weather this winter, the church family should only travel to Church if they feel it is safe to do so, taking into account local travel advice. The length and content of services and the provision of children’s ministries will be dependent on the weather and availability of personnel.
Any decision to cancel services will be taken by the Pastors and Church Secretary by 9am on a Sunday, and 6.30pm on a Wednesday (Prayer or Church Meetings). The decision will be put up on the church website as soon as possible. If there is no update on the web site by 9.30am, you can assume services will be taking place. We will do our best to have information about cancellations announced on local radio. If you do not have access to the internet, please phone a Deacon after these times.
